Camaro Scores 3rd Straight Win | CamaroStoreOnline.com
As week 3 of the 2024 NASCAR Season took the checkered flag, Camaro too followed suit winning for the third consecutive time this season in what promises to be a bittersweet year for the Last Generation Camaro. Despite the poignant farewell, Team Chevy is rising to the occasion. Kyle Larson claimed victory on Sunday in Las Vegas in dominating fashion leading 181 out of 267 laps.
Larson's triumph follows a historic Daytona 500 win by teammate William Byron and a viral 3-wide photo finish just a week prior when it was the Camaro of Daniel Suárez who narrowly found Victory Lane at Atlanta Motor Speedway. In NASCAR's supporting Xfinity Series, the Camaro has graced Victory Lane twice in 2024, while the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Chevrolet program has notched 3 wins, combining for a staggering total of 8 victories in the first 9 NASCAR-sanctioned events of the year.

Despite the highly anticipated challenge from Toyota and Ford's new body styles, which were expected to pose a direct threat to the Camaro—currently in its third year with the same body style—the early signs suggest that the last 3 years of data accumulated by Chevrolet teams are paying dividends over the flashy new bodies of its competitors. Although 33 weeks remain in the season, and anything can happen, it's evident that Team Chevy and its NASCAR Camaros mean business, determined to bid farewell to the Camaro on a high note.
