As the old adage goes, "No news is good news."  That simple proverb rings especially true today in the hearts of Camaro lovers everywhere with Chevrolet's news that the Camaro will be discontinued at the conclusion of the 2024 model year.

While Chevrolet's Press Release hints that this isn't the end of the Camaro's story with a successor to be announced, we're left with more questions than answers.  What do we know?  The last Camaro will roll off the production line in Michigan in January 2024.  GM has released teaser images [see below] of a commemorative 'Final Collector's Edition" 2024 Camaro RS and SS, with "a limited number of ZL1 equipped vehicles available in North America." (Chevy Pressroom) Unfortunately, that's about where the buck stops with GM planning to reveal further details later this summer.

Although a successor to the Camaro has been promised, one can't help but wonder what this might entail as GM/Chevrolet continues to move away from cars with a focus on electric powered SUVs and Trucks.  What options will, and does this leave customers?  What will become of the Chevrolet NASCAR & IMSA programs?  Will we ever see the Camaro again?

While we don't have the answers to these questions yet, CamaroStoreOnline.com will be your companion as we find out together on this bittersweet road trip to the end of an era.  Although we might be saying goodbye to our beloved Camaro, CamaroStoreOnline.com plans to keep the Camaro's legacy alive and well long after the last Camaro rolls off the production line.  Stay tuned for more great merchandise and giveaways as we celebrate the Camaro's legacy over the next 10 months.
