What This Is
A custom-sewn leather cover that you glue onto your existing 2010-2015 Camaro lower center console (tunnel) sides, replacing the look of the factory plastic. It does not include console parts.

You'll remove the lower tunnel sides, glue the leather on, trim and wrap the edges, and reinstall.

The guide shows the upper tunnel cover; the lower tunnel sides use the same glue, trim, and wrap method.
Step 1. Test-fit before gluing. Line the seams up with the top edges of the tunnel sides. If your armrest lid is leather-covered, line the tunnel seams up with the lid seams; installing both covers together makes this easier.
Step 2. Glue the rear third of the tunnel first. Let the adhesive tack, then lay the leather on from the rear, leaving about 3/4" extra at the back. Align the seam along the narrow flat top and press toward the front.
Step 3. Continue the same way to the front, in thirds or all at once once you're comfortable.
Step 4. At the front, make a few V-cuts to avoid wrinkles and glue the leather to the top front of the tunnel, or fold it under and glue it to the underside.
Step 5. The e-brake opening isn't pre-cut, because every hide stretches a little differently. Mark the shape of the opening on the leather, then cut it.
Step 6. Remove the rubber insert by breaking its heat-weld spots with a screwdriver (warming them helps). You can also leave it in place and glue only the visible area.
Step 7. Make small angled cuts at the corners of the e-brake opening (start small and extend as needed), then glue and fold the edges to the underside. Cut, fold, and glue the bottom corners the same way.
Step 8. Trim the excess leather around the cupholder area and re-glue any edges that lift.
Step 9. Trim along the bottom edges, glue the leather under, let it tack, and press it firmly against the inner bottom edge.
Step 10. Do a final trim along the bottom edge, then reinstall the tunnel.
Leather care: apply a leather conditioner with UV protection every 4-6 weeks to keep it from drying out and cracking.
