UMI's 2048 upper double shear bracket is intended for use with 1/2" bearing, racing style shocks. This bracket allows removal of the rust-prone upper mount unit (and associated rubber biscuit) and converts to racing style double shear. We recommend using this with UMI Afco shocks, Viking shocks, and with most other standard style racing shocks. Please contact us before purchase so we can help you with any questions. This component is 100% Made In Philipsburg, PA - USA and is race proven on our house Camaro.
